LET’S WALK THROUGH THE STEPS IN OUR JOB PROCESS…
1. FRIENDLY DESIGN CONSULTING
We offer free design guidance to help simplify your selection process. A person from our team will happily accompany you through our showroom, showcasing samples, offering insights, and answering queries about everything from color palettes to material quality. We prioritize your style, preferences, and budget, ensuring you make choices you’ll love for years to come.
2. RESIDENTIAL SITE EVALUATIONS
Once design choices have been made, and you’re considering installation by our team, we can schedule a home visit with our estimator. They will assess the work areas and take precise laser measurements. This information will then be uploaded into our estimating system to calculate quantities needed accurately and compile all materials and labor costs. Your sales consultant will then submit this quote for you to review.
3. SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE…
At this time, you’ve reviewed your quote and finalized all the details with your sales/design consultant. We will then create your contract outlining all the information for your final approval. We’re always here to answer as many questions as you may have, so feel free to request changes as needed. Now’s the time before you sign on the dotted line!
4. LET’S GET TO WORK!
Materials are now on order, next you will be contacted by our Operations Manager to discuss and finalize installation dates, and review your approximate project timeframe.
On your installation day(s), our qualified installer will arrive at your home with all of the necessary tools and materials to get working on your project. Please be sure the work areas have been prepared as outlined in your contract to prevent any possible delays. At the completion of your project, it’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy your beautiful newly designed space.
